OUR
STANDARDS.

PASS03 was founded by photographer Mason Bybee. Our published articles identify their photographer or author. We are building an independent contributor network; we do not list an unconfirmed contributor as staff.

We only describe shows our contributors attended or events that can be verified from reliable original sources. Interview quotes and first-hand claims are not invented. We distinguish verified information from commentary, and we provide event-source links when relevant.

Photographers retain their rights unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Photo bylines remain visible and original attribution is maintained when galleries appear across associated projects. Media credentials and recording access are subject to artist, tour, promoter and venue authorization.

If we publish an inaccurate name, date, credit or statement, contact our editorial inbox with the relevant story link and the correct supporting information. We will review substantive issues and make corrections promptly, noting material revisions in the article when appropriate.

Accepting a press pass does not guarantee positive coverage. Advertisements, sponsored stories and other paid editorial collaborations must be clearly labeled. We will not portray paid content as independent journalism.

For reporting questions, pitches, licensing and corrections, email pass03media@gmail.com. Requests do not guarantee an assignment or publication.
